// What is managed IT?

Managed IT gives you the security and convenience of knowing your PC is running the latest operating system and productivity software from Microsoft, and is fully protected through Windows Update and patch management, and enterprise-class anti-malware and firewall technologies.

Rather than purchasing and maintaining your own system, we'll lease you a system with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 preconfigured. We'll also upgrade your hardware every two years, providing you've maintained the lease and you have the option to buy at any time.

This option is also ideal if you're running a retired operating system (Windows XP), are considering upgrading Microsoft Office to benefit from the business-class email service, online storage and multi-device licensing, or if it's time to upgrade your computer system.

As your technology partner, we'll set up a relationship between you and Microsoft for the software part of the lease. This relationship would continue in the event you no longer wished to use us as your technology partner, safeguarding your investment and data.

Your relationship with us will involve the leasing of the hardware (which you could opt to purchase at any time) and the provision of technical support as part of your chosen plan.
